"Favorites" is a feature that allows you to save your treasured items on Arcnony Market. So if you see something you like, but you’re not ready to use it right now, simply save the item for a future project.

Accessing your Favorites

You can easily access your favorite items via the ‘Favorites’ link located in your profile drop-down menu.

Adding and removing items to Favorites

To add an item to your favorite ones:

  1. Sign in to your Arcnony Market account.
  2. Select the item you wish to add to your favorites. Click on the heart icon thumbnail Screenshot_2023-05-18_at_11.07.45.png
  3. The icon thumbnail should become blue Screenshot_2023-05-18_at_11.07.52.pngmeaning the item has been added to your favorites

To remove an item from your favorites:

  1. Go to your profile drop-down menu and click ‘Favorites’
     
  2. Hover over the item you wish to remove.
  3. Click the ‘Added to favorites’ green heart button Screenshot_2023-05-18_at_11.23.23.png  or go to the item page and click the blue heart button Screenshot_2023-05-18_at_11.07.52.png.

Add to Cart or Buy Now

If you’re after only one item, simply choose the ‘Buy Now’ option on the item page. This will take you directly to Checkout.

If you want several items, use the ‘Add to Cart’ button and then choose ‘Keep Browsing’ to continue shopping or ‘Checkout’ to finalise your purchase.

You can return to your cart anytime by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right side of the page.

Once you open your Shopping cart, you can check your order. If you would like to purchase multiple licenses at once, simply change the quantity and the total cart value will be updated automatically.

At Checkout, we’ll ask you for some account information before completing your purchase:

  • If you already have an Envato account, simply sign in to pre-fill your account information.
  • If you don’t have an Envato account, follow the steps to sign up.

Hint:

You’ll be sent a confirmation email to verify your account so make sure you check your email.

Select your preferred payment option and enter your payment details. Take a moment to review your order before finalising your purchase.

To purchase your items you can use:

  • Your bank account or credit/debit card via PayPal.
  • Your Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
  • Arcnony credit* (*existing Envato credit only, no further purchases of credits are available).

All major Credit cards are accepted via Paypal. Payments are made in U.S. Dollars.

Paying by Credit Card

To complete a purchase using your credit card, simply click 'Buy Now' (single item) or 'Checkout' (multiple items), and select the option showing Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos.

Enter your credit card details to complete your purchase.

Note:

  • A handling fee may apply if the total order is below $150
  • Currently, we accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You can also use PayPal if you'd like to use a different card type.
  • Your card details are never transmitted to or stored on Envato servers.

Paying by PayPal

On Market, you can complete your PayPal purchase without leaving the site. To complete a purchase using PayPal, simply click 'Buy Now' (single item) or 'Checkout' (multiple items), and select 'Pay with PayPal'. 

A PayPal pop-up will appear. Simply log in, choose a card or bank account from your PayPal account to pay with and click 'Complete Purchase.' The PayPal transaction is processed and you will be directed to the payment completion page with your order confirmation. 

Note:

  • A handling fee may apply if the total order is below $150.
  • PayPal does not operate in all countries or regions, you can check here.

Paying by Envato Credit

If you have an Arcnony Market account, you can make payments by using any existing Arcnony Credits in your Arcnony Market account (credit balance).

As of October 2nd 2024 you will no longer be able to add new credits to your Arcnony Market account, and you will no longer see an Add Credits option in the header or in the checkout.

To pay with your existing Arcnony Credits:

  • Select the item(s) you wish to buy and choose 'Add Credit to Buy Now / Checkout' to add Arcnony Credit and finalise your purchase. If you don’t have enough credits for your purchase, you will be able to use a combination of credits and a PayPal transaction. Existing credits will still expire 12 months after date of purchase.

Note:

  • Credits are non-refundable.
  • Credits expire one year after you last added credit. For more information please check Clauses 15 and 16 of our Market User Terms here.

Payment restrictions

Many governments, financial institutions and online payment providers (e.g. Paypal) impose regulations and sanctions prohibiting transactions with certain restricted or high-risk countries, individuals, corporate entities, and organisations. If your payment has been identified by our providers as originating from a region that is subject to these restrictions, you won’t be able to finalize your purchase. Downloading your items

Once you've purchased your items, we recommend that you download them immediately as items may be removed from Arcnony Market from time to time.

To download your item:

  • Hover the mouse over your username at the top of the screen and click 'Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.
  • Click the 'Download' button next to the item.
    • Click ‘Main File(s)’ which contains all source files.
    • Click ‘Licence Certificate and Purchase Code’ for licence information only.

If you haven’t already confirmed your email address, please check your inbox, or resend the email via the link in your download page.

Item support is a service provided by many authors on ThemeForest and CodeCanyon. Having support for your purchased item means that the author will be available to you, the buyer, to iron out any potential issues you have in using the item.

The item support period

A supported item includes item support for 6 months from the purchase date. During those 6 months, the author is expected to be available to provide the item support services we’ve set out on this page.

If you’re about to purchase the item, you’ll have the option to purchase extended item support, increasing the item support period up to a maximum of 12 months from the date of purchase.

What else is included?

  • Answering questions about how to use the item
  • Answering technical questions about the item (and included third party assets)
  • Help with defects in the item or included third-party assets
  • Item updates to ensure ongoing compatibility and to resolve security vulnerabilities
  • Updates to ensure the item works as described and is protected against major security concerns
  • Included version updates for all items

What's not included in item support?

Item support does not include services to modify or extend the item beyond the original features, style and functionality described on the item page. For customization services that will help you tailor the item to your specific requirements, we recommend contacting the author to see if they privately offer paid customization services.

  • Installation of the item
  • Hosting, server environment, or software
  • Help from authors of included third-party assets

Examples of support requests

Here are some examples of support requests that are and are not included in the support purchase.

Included

  • “I can’t find the setting that will allow me to add in my company logo, can you help me?”
  • “Hi, I’m not sure how how to change the colour scheme of the theme, can you point me in the right direction?”
  • “When I add pictures into the image slider they aren’t centered correctly. How do I fix this?”
  • “How do I change the text in the contact form plugin?”
  • “It looks like there an error in the code of your plugin, can you please take a look?”

Not Included

  • “Hi, Can you please add in a new feature that will allow me to add in video clips?”
  • “I’m having trouble installing your theme on my server, can you log in and install it for me?”
  • “ I’m new to WordPress and not sure how it all works, can you teach me some basics so I can use your theme?”
  • “Your theme doesn’t have eCommerce functionality, can you add this in?”

Can I renew my Item Support?

Yes, you can! If you have less than 6 months remaining on a support item you’re eligible to renew your support.

How to find your purchase code

  1. Log into your Envato Market account.
  2. Hover the mouse over your username at the top of the screen.
  3. Click ‘Downloads’ from the drop-down menu.`
  4. Click 'Download' next to the item for which you need the purchase code.
  5. Click ‘License certificate & purchase code’ (available as PDF or text file).

Here is an example of a PDF License certificate and purchase code: XXX-XX-XXX-XX-XXX
